Eating an apple is more effective than a coffee to stay awake

Coffee stimulates the senses and provides mental energy, but does not really give the body energy, unlike the apple. The action of the latter is due to the natural sugar contained in the apple, which takes longer to digest, and the slowness with which it spreads in the body. It provides physical energy to the body over a longer period of time.

The apple has no adverse effects unlike coffee (addiction, irritability, tremors, palpitations …) and it is even known many virtues: it contains antioxidants, vitamins and fiber. It is an intestinal antiseptic and a hepatic depurative. And it has particular beneficial properties for cardiovascular problems or lungs.
